Identity & Origins :

• Nyx is one of the Primitive Creation Gods from Greek mythology and is known as the "Goddess of Night." In the donghua, rather than being a regular goddess, she controls the fundamental forces of the universe and the Supreme Authority of the Black Night.

Establishment in the Mental Asylum :

• According to the story, Zeus had thousands of Nyx's children ( and their descendants ) slaughtered and sacrificed to protect himself from impending threats and to safeguard the Greek god system. Due to this immense trauma and grief over her children, her mind was affected, and she became Patient Number 1 at the Zhoojh Mental Hospital ( the place where the main character, Lin Qiye, imprisons the deities within himself ).
